  1. It is Colorado’s first solar hotel. It powers more than 5% of guest rooms & produces 42,000 kilowatt-hours of energy every year. ​This prevents 1.91 million pounds of Carbon Dioxide emissions, 1,291 pounds of Nitrogen Oxide emissions, and 639 tons of coal from being burned.
  2. It partners with BIOGREEN360 to help produce zero food waste events. Its closed-loop program diverts 100% of the food waste from landfill with the residual material being integrated into an array of all-natural compost and fertilizer products.​
