After a career in Napa Valley’s world-renowned wine industry, Alex Crown pivoted to renewable energy with the goal of turning esoteric sustainability goals into actionable energy strategies. Entering his 9th year in the renewable energy industry, Alex has developed solar PV and PV + storage & microgrid projects for the world’s most luxurious brands, wineries, and fromage producers. Additionally, he has worked with California’s prestigious universities, tribes, and local governments.
When not helping organizations go green and off-grid, Alex enjoys cycling, cooking, making wine with friends and volunteering for Napa Valley’s Transportation Authority.
