Hallie Carrao is a Technical Program Manager at Google, focused on accelerating the adoption of net-zero data and software solutions. Building on her success pioneering Google’s 24/7 Carbon Free Energy (CFE) program and spearheading the development of Time-based Energy Attribute Certificates (T-EACs), Hallie now drives go-to-market strategies for key decarbonization initiatives. These initiatives include scaling demand-side flexibility solutions, optimizing grid infrastructure for increased CFE availability, and democratizing access to granular energy data. Hallie collaborates extensively with stakeholders across the energy industry to cultivate thought leadership, and to identify and address barriers to adoption. She holds a Master’s degree in Energy Policy and Climate from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Duke University.
