Janice is Corporate Vice President of Human Resources and ESG for Diversified Communications. Under her direction, Diversified has developed a unique employee-centric culture that fosters an inclusive and welcoming work environment, where diverse ideas and perspectives are encouraged, and where people enjoy challenging work with some fun mixed in. She is also helping the company on its sustainability journey to net zero carbon emissions. A graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, Janice earned her B.A. in French Language and Literature, and has pursued advanced studies in business strategy, leadership, and diversity, equity and inclusion work.
