Tom Kelly, SUNY Purchase College’s Senior Energy Manager, for the past 10 years is working toward advancing New York State’s Executive Order 22 goals. During his tenure, the college has routinely made Princeton Review’s Green Colleges edition. He has over 25 years’ experience working in the energy industry ranging from an electric/gas utility focusing upon energy efficiency, demand response and renewable energy, an energy think tank writing policy recommendations and case studies on cogeneration for New York State and the Department of Energy, a hospital as its Energy & Sustainability Manager serving over 150 locations.
